In a way 4.0 lets people see what Odyssey looks like without actually buying it, but you're still glued to your seat. Odyssey settlements won't have NPC's either waking around either, look but no touch. However, you still can't disembark and interact with on foot content, or land on atmosphere planets without buying Odyssey. It is basically a version of the Odyssey engine (4.0) but with the on foot content stripped out, so Horizon players can get the benefits of new graphics and such without needing the DLC.
